Frederic Jouhet

President

Frederic Jouhet is a French-born entrepreneur who has founded several startup companies in the United States and Europe while also spending over fifteen years with various Wall Street Firms. A former professor of law, he taught at several law schools including the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law and the University of Michigan. He is a graduate of the Université d’Auvergne Ecole de Droit et de Sciences Politiques, France, with a Masters in Banking and Business Law as well as a graduate from The University of Michigan Law School where he received his LL.M. (Masters in Law) in 1996. Frederic has also served as an officer in the French Navy.

Nathan R. Clinton-Barnett OTD, MSOT, OTRL

Executive Vice President; Founder

As Executive VP of Clinical Services, Nathan oversees the clinical implementation of Safe Balance with our clients and partners. Additionally, he oversees product research and development, client collaboration and all departments within the company. Nathan's continued focus on product evolution, market growth and application has developed into the establishment of significant national strategic alliances and partnerships across the healthcare spectrum. 


Nathan holds a Clinical Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from Chatham University (Pittsburgh, PA) and is also a proud graduate of SVSU’s (Saginaw, MI) Master of Occupational Therapy program. Additionally, Nathan is a graduate of Hope College (Holland, MI) with a major in English and Elementary Education.
 

At 32 years of age, Nathan was named to the “Elite 40 Under 40” recognizing him as a integral business leader and “one to watch” in the healthcare field.

Sheila Bullard

Senior Vice President of Business Development

As Senior VP of Business Development, Sheila oversees the outreach, sales and marketing arms of Safe Balance with strategic partners and clients. Day to day duties include managing the company's sales force while identifying new markets to pursue. Sheila’s direct approach to program implementation has earned her esteem among key opinion leaders and government officials.Sheila continues to expand the Safe Balance brand throughout the Midwest from our corporate offices here in Birmingham, MI and has found that preventing seniors from experiencing catastrophic injuries from falls to be the most rewarding aspect of her position.

Diyan Dzahristos

Vice President of Operations

Diyan is a seasoned executive with prior experience in operational direction and support in the distribution and legal industries. Currently, her responsibilities include all operational/administrative oversight and direction for a number of companies in various healthcare-related markets. She is a tech-savvy individual with a flawless track record of delivering matchless support facilitating fast-scaling growth.

 

As VP of Operations, Diyan oversees the management of all financials, inventory and staff of Safe Balance. Her expertise in company operational efficiency has directly led to the rapid growth of Safe Balance from concept to commercialization.  

John Lauer

Vice President of Sales

As Vice President of Sales, John brings his vast experience to Safe Balance in the management, recruitment and growth of our seasoned sales force. John has consistently demonstrated his skill set as a strong leader and decisive problem-solver for Safe Balance’s end users as well as current/potential clientele.

Under John’s guidance and management, Safe Balance has seen consistent and exponential growth in the early phases of our company emerging in new markets and expanding our reach nationally.

Prior to joining Safe Balance as a partner and executive, John has extensive background in medical device sales, medical disposables, medical business development, global sales training and sales leadership development. John is a graduate of Central Michigan University (1988).

Bradley Woodhull

Director of Clinical Quality and Program Oversight

As Director of Clinical Quality and Program Oversight, Bradley oversees our clinical staff on quality improvement projects and the evolution of the Safe Balance program. Additionally, Bradley assists our sales team and new Safe Balance clients to ensure smooth implementation and operation of the program into the practice while managing various infrastructure programs to keep operations running smoothly.  

 

Bradley brings to the team a unique perspective on fall prevention from over a decade in public service as a Firefighter Paramedic in the Metro Detroit Area.  While currently licensed and still working in this capacity, Bradley is able to offer key insight into the circumstances surrounding out of hospital falls, associated injuries and outcomes
